On a display configuration in Vista where the left display is running at a
lower vertical resolution that the right, the Wireshark gui will load outside
of the left monitor's upper boundary, completely hiding the upper toolbar
needed to move the window unless the gui window is stretched across to the
display on the right to make it visible. In this case, the display on the left
runs at 1280x1024 and right display runs at 1600x1200 and they are aligned so
that the bottom edges are flush to one another.
