Using Wireshark on Windoze, if I type Ctrl-M to mark a packet the focus is
moved to the filter box.  I noticed because I wanted to mark a couple of
"interesting" packets so I entered Ctrl-M followed by a down arrow only to find
I was not scrolling through the list of packets but rather the list of recent
filters.

The problem doesn't happen if I use Edit->Mark Packet.
