Hi,

It was decided the product should advance from the development phase it
has been in for the last years into a release phase. So 0.x should be
replaced by 1.x. The rampup to the 1.0 release was created by a 1.0 branch
which now spawns 0.99.0, 0.99.1, 0.99.2 until all desired features/fixes
are implemented. In the mean time the development trunk is absorbing more
radical changes which are in the works, but should not interfere with the
1.0 release.
You can track progress on the Wiki, development roadmap.

Thanx,
Jaap
