Hi Sarbeswar,

there are no country specific variants of M3UA. You can change
the ITU/ANSI/JTU stuff at preferences/protocol/mtp3.

M3UA support multiple versions (older ID versions and RFC) which
can be selected at edit/preferences/protocols/m3ua.
