No, there isn't.  WinPcap doesn't log any messages of that sort.

You might want to ask the WinPcap developers for help on this.  See, for
example:

    http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htm

Test with WinDump first, and use the special debugging version of the
library.

Also, use WinPcap 3.1, not 3.0 or 3.1 beta 4; I don't think they're
interested in supporting versions before 3.1.
