Doug,

This is strange. It works on my computer (0.10.8 with WinPcap 3.1 beta3) on 
my wireless link (ATMEL chip, no promiscuous mode).

Try starting a capture while unticking the "Enable network name resolution" 
option in the capture options dialog.
