Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Lost packets with wireless card

I have installed Ethereal 0.10.7 and WinPCap 3.0 on a laptop running Win98SE. The system is using a SMC2635 11 Mbps wireless card.
When capturing traffic, I don't see any packets outbound from the laptop although packets with the system address as destination are displayed. Is there a paramenter to configure that I have missed?
