The message means that while dissecting the packet ethereal encountered a
CHOICE
which had an arm encoded ethereal did not know about.

This is either due to
1, this structure has not been implemented yet,
or
2, an ethereal bug
or
3, ethereal is based on an older version of the h245 definitions which does
not have that arm defined yet.


I have looked at the version of h245 I used when implementing the dissector
(h.245 v9) and I can not find any mention of
   extendedVideoCapability or videoCapabilityExtension


Can you point me to which version of H.245 these constructs are defined in?
It should not be that hard to add what is missing by looking at the other
already implemented stuff and doing some cut-n-paste
