Un-install all versions of Ethereal that you have installed, and, after
you've done that, make sure that there are no files on your system with a
name of the form "wiretap-*.dll", where "*" matches any string (use the
"Find" option from the Start menu to find them).

Then try re-installing 0.10.4.
