Build the color filters on one machine, then in the Coloring Rules
dialog select "Export" to save a file containing the filters.

Copy the file to each recipient machine, get administrative privilages,
start Ethereal and open the coloring Rules dialog. (You may need to
have some packets displayed to enable the dialog.) Import the filter
file then hit Export again and click the "Global Color Filter File"
button and then OK. Back in the Coloring Rules dialog hit clear to
delete any user file that may exist.

The global color filter file is only loaded if no user file is found,
but since the global filters are used as the base when constructing
user files this is not usually obvious.
