You are looking for H.225.0 RAS, which is filtered with the h225 keyword. 

H.323 is not a protocol, but a suite of protocols (h.245 en H.225.0 mainly, but there are lots more). 

If this doesn't work an you're still certain the traffic you captured is H.225, used Decode As and choose H.225.0
