It can *if* the driver supports it, and if the version of libpcap you're
using supports the link-layer type for the radio header.

By using a card whose driver supports a radio header.  I don't know
whether the Cisco driver on Linux does (but I wouldn't be surprised to
hear that it doesn't); I think recent versions of the Prism II and
Atheros (madwifi) drivers do.
