Most certainly it can.

Click on a TCP segment.
Then from the menu select Analyze:/TCP Stream Analysis/...

Note that the stream analysis only displays the flow of data going in the
same direction as the packet you selected
so to look at the other direction  click on a packet going the otherway and
repeat.

I am a new user of ethereal on the win32 platforms, using it to investigate
GPRS performance and was wondering if anyone has found an easy way to
produce tcp time-sequence plots from the ethereal log files with a win32
