Hi,

I'm new to this list and I not aware of this topic
being discussed or not before. I could not find
anything on this topic in the archives section.

I was trying to find a way to want to run "tethereal"
in the console mode assigning a process ID to it. This
would facilitate me to kill the process with out any
manual intervention after I successfully capture the
required packets from the network.

Can anyone help me in this..
