I am looking for some in depth packet analysis training (instructor-led).
I took the SANS Intrusion Detection InDepth training last year and that
was pretty decent, but I would like to partake of some training where I
can spend a week slicing and dicing packets.  Anyone know of anything
available?

Barring anything like that, is there any week-long training that focuses
on ethereal?  (I am very familiar with tcpdump, so if I could at least
find a course that would familiarize me more with ethereal, that would at
least be SOMETHING).
