I had a similar problem and guessed at name resolution.
I tried disabling ADNS in the build to no effect. Then I tried disabling IPv6 DNS in the build and the problem went away. 

Next I'll rebuild with ADNS but not IPv6 DNS and see what happens.


Also on another note...in the older version, I was able to have a file
capture and display at the same time.
What do you mean "have a file capture and display at the same time"? Do you mean "Update list of packets in real time"?
