Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Downloading WinPcap and/or Ethereal from etherreal.com

Hello Ethereal-users,

  I've tried several times to download both the WinPcap_3_01_a.exe and 
ethereal-setup-0.9.16.exe from  http://winpcap.polito.it/ or
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/etherea/, respectively.

  Both default to the download tool labeled: You downloaded Free Downloads
Accelerator form Free Downloads Center.

  The download appears to start.  The status goes quickly form Connecting(0)
to 
Connecting(1).  And the little cute pictorial of a sheet of paper going from
one folder to another folder starts flying.  But the Time left reports
'unknown (Downloaded 0.00 KB)'
And after a couple of minutes of no real apparent data transfer the download
utility's status report 'Error', with no other info.  I can do a resume, but
the same thing happens.

  As anyone else seen these problems and have a way around them.  Or, is
there any other access to these PC utilities for downloading them.  I was
able the download the HP-UX version of Ethereal via the FTP option in
seconds.  An FTP option for these PC versions would be great.
