Martin's comment might be a bit misleading - what was added was in the
SDP dissector, not the SIP dissector, so 0.9.16 doesn't set up RTP/RTCP
conversations for SDP regardless of what protocol SDP runs atop (SAP,
SIP, Megaco, MGCP, ISUP).

You'll need to use the current CVS version to get that.
