   I also found the Error Massage which bear a close resemblance 
　 to the following. (what Mr.George offered)

    <Error Message on DOS Prompt>

    (ethereal.exe:4505): Gdk-WARNING **: [Invalid UTF-8] ->
    -> gdkdrawable-win32.c:gdk_wi32_draw_rectangle355: ->
    -> Rectabgle failed: アクセスが拒否されました。

    <frequency>
 
       every times OS returns from standby-mode　
　　　 while ethereal is runnning.

    <Platform>

       OS: Windows XP Professional
       either ethereal-0.9.15 and 0.9.16
