I know of none for Windows with the standard drivers - I know of *no*
standard Windows drivers for *any* wireless card that support monitor
mode.

FreeBSD-current *might* support it, as might NetBSD-current; it's
supported (with a command) in some drivers for those systems, but I
don't know which ones.

It might also be supported in Linux, as some drivers support monitor
mode.
