I am using a Realtek RTL8180 Wireless card, and hoping to monitor activity for WEP key cracking.  Ethereal and WEPCrack run fine on my computer (Windows XP), but I understand I need to put the card into monitor mode to collect the appropriate data.  Is there any way to do this for an RTL8180 card?  (And if there is no way in Windows, how about Free-BSD?)
 
I have tried installing Windows drivers from Airopeek, but I don't believe they are compatible -- I get the Windows message "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware."
 
Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
