Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Gdk-WARNING Messages with 0.9.15 on Win2k

Hi all, I've just installed Ethereal 0.9.15 on my Win2k box and it appears to have some really useful new features. However, when I capture from my local LAN, I now get a 'DOS' command window that pops up with the error messages:

(ethereal.exe:480): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_text_size: gdk_nmbstowchar_ts failed

(ethereal.exe:480): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_win32_draw_text: gdk_nmbstowchar_ts failed

This pair of messages is repeated many times.

I have used several previous versions of Ethereal, including most recently 0.9.13a, and have never seen these errors before.

I see from the Ethereal-users archive that similar problems have been reported before and were associated with SMB, this certainly fits as there is SMB protocol in my captures.

Is there any solution, or even a work-around for this problem? I couldn't find one in the archive.
