This functionality is not immediately available with Ethereal alone.
If you want a generic remote sniffing tool, use ethereal (or tethereal) with
your preferred remote desktop service eg Telnet, X, Terminal Services, VNC
etc.
If you want a predefined network trace to be collected every time you boot
your box, then just append the tethereal command to your /etc/rc.local or if
(as I suspect) you're running NT, use SrvAny (a utility that comes with the
NT4 resource kit) or for 2K and XP use the Schedule service and set your
task to run at start-up.
There are other interpretations to your question but you don't give much to
go on and this topic is getting well out side of the scope of this list. I
suggest some goolging is in order. :-)
