You all unleashed me on the RTP analysis stuff.  Last week we were
busily dissecting RTP captures.  This week they all fail with
"SSRC value couldn't be found".

We're still trying to figure out what changed, but in the meantime
is there anyway to get the payload extraction feature to work 
even with SSRC == 0?  My initial source dive says no.

We are beating up the vendor whose gear is emmitting this non-standard
RTP but we hoping to be able to work around their deficiencies.
