I tried setting "Enable concurrent DNS name resolution" off and "Maximum
concurrent 
requests" to 1 and the problem still exists.

This problem occurs even if I only capture a small number (approx 20) of
packets. 
I don't think this is a problem where DNS is being over-taxed. This
appears to be a 
loop in Ethereal continually requesting name server lookups.
