Yes ... it work correctly.
A simple Save As from Follow TCP Stream, an edition of the given result to only get the base64 encoded part and we can retrieve the file.

You could use the "Save As" button in the "Follow TCP Stream" window to
save the stream to a file, and then edit the file. Whether that's
better is another matter....
