Hi,

I want to build Ethereal under Cygwin. According to README.win32, I need to
download some patches from http://homepage.ntlworld.com/steven.obrien2/.
However, the web page doesn't seem to exist any longer.

I wonder if some one has a copy of these patches, or some one knows other
way to build Ethereal under Cygwin(without MSVC).
