Sorry. I don't do sysadmin or development with windows. Is there a CVS? If so, 
that might be worth a look.

Why do you want to specify it? I'd prefer to just have it provided in a 
pull-down menu.

Probably ethereal-devel if you actually want to do some work on it. And it 
isn't going to happen unless someone who wants it finds time to do it.
