Not that I know of. I recently provided some patches that updates some 
(easier) parts of it on the -devel list.

Probably - there are a number of new features that aren't documented (in both 
the GUI and the dissectors). I'm doing a bit of (very slow) work on the 
documentation, and if anyone has some contributions (eg. "cheat sheet" of 
useful techniques or commands), I'd be happy to incorporate them. Don't worry 
about formatting or any typos/spellos - I will deal with that. [Let me know 
how you want to be attributed (or not attributed) in the manual]
