Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Help->Help->Display Filters truncates data

It looks like ethereal cannot display all the options we have.
If I go to the "Display Filters" option in the help pages, I see this as the 
last line:

I think that there should be some more content.   A quick cut'n'paste test 
shows that the current content has around 10104 lines, with 1766750 
characters.

I have tracked it to gtk/help_dlg.c, but then got lost. I did note that 
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/gtk/GtkText.html says bad things about 
GtkText, although I'm note sure if this applies equally to the 1.2 versions.

Can anyone duplicate this? Patches?
