Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] XP not reading any Ethernet NIC card

Hi Everyone, I need some help with my XP ethereal installation, I had XP Pro and ethereal working, but then my system crashed and after reinstaling XP and WinPcap 2.3 and ethereal i cannot see ethereal reading any of my NIC cards. Though i can open existing files. 

Any help is much appreciated.
