In a snoop capture, a network type of 10 should, at least based on the
DLPI DL_ values, be Frame Relay.

However, in a Shomiti Surveyor capture, it should be 100 Mb/sec
Ethernet. Ethereal should recognize that *if* the version number in the
snoop header in the capture file is 3, 4, or 5 (otherwise, it assumes
it's a real snoop file rather than a Shomiti modified snoop file).
