Title: Message
I've downloaded the latest version of
Ethereal and all of it's components, and I'm trying to set it up on a Linux
RedHat-8.0 Server. Here are the files I'm trying to
install:
ethereal-0.9.7-2cl
ethereal-common-0.9.7-2cl
ethereal-gtk-0.9.7-2cl
ethereal-utils-0.9.7-2cl
tethereal-0.9.7-2cl
Ethereal-gtk-0.9.7-2cl & tethereal-0.9.7.2cl load without a
problem. When I try to install the other packages it says that it needs
the following dependencies:
libcrypto.so.096
libcap.so.0
libsnmp.so.0
It
took me a long time to locate these files, and I think I've found the correct
ones. When I try to install them it says that there is already a newer
version installed. Are these files already part of RedHat-8.0? Where
can I get the latest versions of these files? What am I doing
wrong?
