Both ethereal and tethereal capture and display. tethereal is a command line
tool. ethereal a GUI.

Are there two ethereal RPMs? One called ethereal and the other ethereal-gtk
or something similar. You will need them both.
Silly RedHat if they split them up again. If they insist on doing that the
RPMs should be ethereal and tethereal, with tethereal being a pre-req for
ethereal.
