Hi,

I need some help in configuring Ethereal/Linux to run on my Compaq laptop.

Linux 7.3 has recognised the card, a Cisco PCMCIA 350 series ap, I have
installed the Cisco drivers and the Cisco ACU software and all this has
worked well and I can associate to nodes.

However I want to run Ethereal, I have installed the RPM's, I can start the
program but I cannot see the interface which should be eth2 which is what
was designated during the Cisco driver install.

I have tried in user and root mode with no luck, I think that I need to tell
Linux about the device but I am not sure how.

any help or direction appreciated, thanks
