I noticed that it seems that there seems to be one octet less per frame in the file that doesn't work. Some frames
are OK, but most are not.

There is a RegistrationConfirm message where the captured packet is 199 bytes including all headers.
Packet length=199 and Capture length=198 in the file that fails to decode   (a "00" octet is missing at the end it seems)
Packet length=199 and Capture length=199 in the file that is OK.

I uses text2pcap to add a 00 last in the packet and then it was posible to decode the frame.

I don't know the reason why the capture length is one byte less. Maybe somebody else has any idea.
