Find a specification for the format of those messages, and either add
code to the AIM dissector to parse them or find somebody else to add
that code.  :-)

It's not as if there's some Magic Flag in Ethereal you failed to set -
there just isn't any code in Ethereal to decode them, because nobody's
written that code.  I know nothing of the AIM protocol, so I can't help
you find the specification (and don't have the time to add code to
dissect them if somebody finds the specification).
