The last change to the SRVLOC dissector that wasn't a bug fix or general
code cleanup or result of a change to internal APIs in Ethereal - i.e.,
the last change that actually had anything to do with the *protocol* -
was made in August of 2000, almost a year and a half ago.

So, no, there is no new release of Ethereal that supports anything that
your version supports.  Perhaps somebody has an updated version of the
SRVLOC dissector that supports v2, but, if they do, they haven't sent it
to ethereal-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxx, so we haven't seen it....
