Did you download Ethereal 0.8.15 from the Ethereal Web site, or did you
install an Ethereal SRPM from Red Hat?

If you installed an Ethereal SRPM, I have no idea what "improvements"
might be in the SRPM, so it might somehow fail to properly configure. 
Check the "config.h" file in the top-level source directory
("/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/ethereal-0.8.15"); it should not define *any*
of

	HAVE_SNMP_SNMP_H

	HAVE_SNMP_VERSION_H

	HAVE_UCD_SNMP_SNMP_H

	HAVE_UCD_SNMP_VERSION_H
