Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] saving packet as hex or dumping udp payload?!?

Hi,

...I have some capture-files with Cisco netflow-pakets in them. And then I have a small perl-script, which extracts the relevant fields of netflow-pakets, too. So I'm searching for a way to save the libpcap-files as plain hex-files (with or without L2/L3 header), to be able to use the perl-script on the udp-payload...

Is there an easy way to achieve this? ...or do I have to write a dissector for NetFlow (wouldn't work anyway, because I'm not very much of a programmer :-)).
