What happens if you open up a command prompt (MS-DOS prompt, or whatever
it's called on whatever version of Windows you're running) and type the
command

	type //cbtusa\macvol\users\jgaskill/.ethereal/dfilters

What happens if you open up a command prompt and type the command

	set

Send us a copy of *all* of the output of the "set" command.
