I had a working copy of Ethereal.  I unloaded an old version (.19) and loaded the newest.  Now whenever I open Ethereal, I get the following string of error messages:

1.  Ethereal:  Warning
        Could not open your display filter file
        "//cbtusa\macvol\users\jgaskill/.ethereal/dfilters":  Invalid argument

2.  Ethereal:  Warning
        Could not open your capture filter file
        "//cbtusa\macvol\users\jgaskill/.ethereal/cfilters":  Invalid argument

3.  Ethereal:  Warning
        Could not open your capture filter file
        "//cbtusa\macvol\users\jgaskill/.ethereal/preferences":  Invalid argument

3.  Ethereal:  Error
        Could not open your capture filter file
        "//cbtusa\macvol\users\jgaskill/.ethereal/colorfilters":  Invalid argument


If I click ok on each of these messages, Ethereal opens successfully, captures packets and reads capture files without a problem.  However, it will not allow me to apply or save any filters.

What do I need to do to resolve this problem?  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times (both winpcap and ethereal).
