Can Shomiti Surveyor read a capture file that came from Sun's snoop
itself?

If Surveyor can read files from Sun's snoop, there might be a problem
with our code to write out snoop-format files - but I suspect that won't
be the case, as Sun documented that format in RFC 1761, and that's what
we implement.

If it can't read capture files from Sun's snoop, ask Shomiti to show a
little respect for the company whose capture file format they adopted,
and make their damn program read Sun snoop files.
