Note that "Follow TCP Stream" is of limited use for protocols that
aren't partially or completely text, and those protocols tend to run
over TCP. Some scheme for handling non-text protocols (NFS-over-TCP,
SMB, etc.), and text-except-when-it-isn't protocols such as HTTP (text
headers, payload is sometimes text and sometimes not), might be useful.

This came up due to a telnet session for which I only have one side
of the conversation, and cannot get the entire "half-session" to be
"followed".
