No such mechanism currently exists.

Note that "Follow TCP Stream" is of limited use for protocols that
aren't partially or completely text, and those protocols tend to run
over TCP.  Some scheme for handling non-text protocols (NFS-over-TCP,
SMB, etc.), and text-except-when-it-isn't protocols such as HTTP (text
headers, payload is sometimes text and sometimes not), might be useful.
