I have downloaded Ethereal and have seen different ways of implementing it.  I followed the directions found at the bottom of this page: http://www.iisfaq.com/Articles/309/

I can not get ethereal to run.  I'm trying to read a capture(and I am supposed to do this from the edit cap right?, and not from GIMP)and I'm trying to run the edit capture application and it states that I need 1.3.dll to run this app.  I have installed all files in the same folder as requested but it still won't run.  Can anyone give me a hand.
