Title: Ethereal question

I am trying to install ethereal-base-0.8.18-1.rh71.i386.rpm and I get the following error:
failed dependencies:
        libsnmp-0.4.2.so        is needed by ethereal-base....

I have already installed ucd-snmp-4.2.1-1.rh7.0.i386.rpm.

Where am I supposed to get this libsnmp library?
