I just checked in Ronnie Sahlberg's change to add support for that.

Note that, given that "frame.time_delta" is the delta between
*displayed* frames (yes, this is intentional), so when you apply the
filter, the time deltas in the frames that are shown will be the deltas
between the frame and the previous frame *that matched the filter*, and
won't necessarily pass the filter expression.
