I have installed version 2.1 of WinPcap (
http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/install/bin/WinPcap.exe ),
and version 8.16 "capture" of ethereal.
This morning ,I  have download the new version 8.17 (not available
yesterday) and installed it. And it runs!!
