...and if he doesn't have WinPcap 2.1 and Ethereal 0.8.17 installed, he
might want to

	uninstall WinPcap 2.02 (or whatever version he currently has
	installed);

	download and install 2.1;

	install Ethereal 0.8.17;

to see if that fixes the problem.
